We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team at Streambank. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, work hard and progress within the Bank. This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week) where you will play a key part in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and moving forward. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Executives (BDE), acting as a reliable point of support and coordination behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Managing and updating CRM systems and internal databases
  • Preparing sales documents, ESIS/ DIPs, sales calculations, file set up, amendments
  • Coordinating internal processes to support the sales cycle
  • Liaising with BDEs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Liaise with lending operations to ensure deals progress to underwriting
  • Tracking progress of deals and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with data entry, analysis and reporting
  • Ensuring all admin tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential
