Our Internal Business Development Executives are the voice of StreamBank for the mortgage intermediaries, responsible for delivering AMAZING service to our customers. You will be a key point of contact for the broking community, by building relationships while promoting the specialist proposition to grow our lending business.

What you'll be doing

  • Work as part of a team responsible for our broker/intermediary panel, as well as working alongside field-based Business Development Managers (BDMs) - with outbound proactive activity (welcome calls, new business queries, understanding business needs and educating intermediaries, virtual team meetings, etc).
  • Proactively develop new intermediary relationships within your defined areas and working alongside our BDMs.
  • Identify new opportunities whilst developing and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Provide an AMAZING and professional service to Intermediaries, ensuring a full understanding of our lending proposition and our target market.
  • React to changes in the market, in particular rates, new products, and specific business needs as they occur.
  • Understand the regulatory obligations of the lending channel, and the wider specialist lending sector.
  • Work with the wider team supporting with complex enquiries, training and other requirements as the business needs.
