Head of Streaming on and Live Commerce Manager (TikTok/Pokemon) in Egham

Egham Full-Time On-site

Grim Ripper is owned by Streama - a live commerce company founded by television producers. That means we take an entertainment-first approach. Our shows are built to be fun to watch, and to keep people watching, engaging and buying.

Grim Ripper Cards is a fast-growing live-selling brand in the Pokémon and collectibles space. We stream daily across multiple TikTok channels, selling sealed Pokémon products to a community of collectors who come back for the entertainment as much as the cards.

We're growing fast, with more channels, more shows and a bigger team on the way. Now we need someone to lead it.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Streaming to take charge of Grim Ripper's live operation on TikTok and help us scale it. You'll manage how Grim Ripper streams and sells: the channels, the shows, the schedule, the presenters and the results. You'll run a busy multi-channel operation day to day and lead a team of streamers.

This is a role with real targets and real rewards. We'll set ambitious goals for growth and sales, and we want someone who gets a buzz from hitting them, then raising the bar.

You'll know what a great Pokémon stream looks and feels like, and you'll stream yourself, leading by example.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all live-selling activity across Grim Ripper's channels on TikTok Shop.
  • Build and manage the streaming schedule so channels are live at the right times, with the right formats and presenters.
  • Work towards clear targets for each channel and show (sales, average order value, viewers, watch time, follower growth, conversion) and report on progress.
  • Make sure every channel follows platform policies and community guidelines, working closely with our TikTok account managers.

Build and lead the team

  • Recruit, train and manage our streamers, with full training and support from us.
  • Coach presenters on energy, selling, card knowledge and on-screen style.
  • Create the playbooks, show formats and standards that keep every Grim Ripper stream on brand.

Grow the brand

  • Work with our stock and operations teams on product, shipping, set-up and content.
  • Keep up with new set releases, market trends and what the collector community is excited about.
  • Stay ahead of platform features and the wider live commerce market.
  • Host regular Grim Ripper shows, leading by example on camera.

Why Join Us

  • Get in early: join a fast-growing brand at an exciting stage and help shape where it goes next.
  • Targets that pay off: performance-related bonus when you and the team hit your numbers.
  • Build your own team: grow and lead the streaming team as we expand.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of Pokémon and the TCG market.
  • Proven experience in live commerce, livestreaming or social-first e-commerce, ideally on TikTok Shop and/or Whatnot.
  • Experience leading, scheduling or managing a team.
  • A strong commercial head: you understand sales performance, love a target and can use data to drive results.
  • Highly organised, able to run multiple channels, schedules and people at once.
  • Confident on camera, with a positive energy.

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of other TCGs and collectibles.
  • An existing profile or following in the Pokémon or collectibles community.
  • Full-time, fully on-site at our studios in Egham, Surrey. This role can't be done remotely.
  • Five days a week, minimum 40+ contracted hours.
  • Live selling doesn't keep office hours, so evening and weekend work will be part of the role. We'll agree on the working pattern with the successful candidate.
