About Stream

Stream connects hospitality brands to the systems they rely on every day - from Point of Sale platforms like Square, Toast and Shift4, to marketplaces like DoorDash, Deliveroo, JustEat, and Uber Eats. We're a small, fast-moving startup building the connective layer between restaurant technology platforms. We're looking for a Europe-based Technical Partner Specialist to own Stream's technical partner integrations and provide strong coverage across global time zones. This role is globally scoped - you'll support partners and brands across both North America and Europe, while working closely with Stream's US-based product, engineering, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact for Stream's partners globally.
  • Lead partners through the full integration lifecycle: technical discovery, scoping, build, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Act as a hands-on technical expert for partners integrating with Stream's APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
  • Support integrations across complex ecosystems including POS platforms and ordering / delivery channels used in the US and Europe.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing logs, payloads, configurations, and API behavior.
  • Coordinate closely with Stream's US-based engineering, product, and support teams to drive issues to resolution.
  • Create and maintain clear partner-facing and internal documentation: quickstarts, integration guides, checklists, FAQs, and best practices.
  • Take full ownership when things break - managing partner communication, expectations, and follow-through across time zones.
  • Propose and implement improvements to how Stream onboards, supports, and scales technical partners globally.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a technical, partner-facing role (integrations, solutions engineering, technical support, developer support, technical account management, etc.).
  • Strong API fluency - comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, authentication, and environments.
  • Ability to read API documentation, diagnose integration issues, and clearly explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with US-based teams.
  • A high-ownership mindset - you're comfortable operating in a small startup with ambiguity and responsibility.
  • A service-oriented approach - you care deeply about partner success and will dig in to unblock issues.

Nice to Have

  • Light development or scripting experience (enough to test APIs, validate integrations, or build small internal tools).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Postman or similar.
  • Experience in restaurant tech, POS, ordering, or delivery platforms.
  • Prior experience at a startup or small team.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or multi-location partners.

What We Offer

  • Europe-based, remote-first role
  • Competitive, market-aligned compensation
  • Equity options - real ownership in the company you're helping build
  • High autonomy and responsibility
  • The opportunity to shape Stream's global technical partner function

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • Global impact: You'll own technical integrations for partners across the US and Europe.
  • True ownership: You're accountable for integration success, not just support responses.
  • Cross-functional exposure: You'll work daily with Stream's product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Startup pace: Decisions get made quickly and implemented.
  • Career growth: Clear path to senior technical partnership or solutions leadership as Stream grows.
