You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people across Europe and the USA, building a category-defining product, and united by that same mission.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly creative Mid-Level Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who lives and breathes storytelling and social-first content. The challenge here is to take raw interviews, case studies, and product videos and turn them into compelling, "stop-scrolling" stories. You will use your storytelling instincts to make even complex or technical topics feel cinematic, engaging, and shareable. This is a hands-on role where you will not just edit, but contribute creatively from the first cut to final delivery.

The Team:

You will work closely with the Audiovisual Production Manager and the wider Creative & Design team. We operate as a collaborative creative studio where feedback is fast and experimentation is encouraged. You will be a key part of the post-production workflow, utilising a full Adobe Creative Cloud stack and AI tools to turn concepts into high-performing social assets.

What will you be doing?

  • Narrative Building: You won’t just cut footage; you will craft stories. You will shape strong narratives from interviews and case studies. Write scripts and storyboard video concepts with performance in mind.
  • Social-First Editing: You will own the edit for high-performing short-form content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, optimising for viewer behaviour and retention.
  • Motion Graphics: You will elevate our content by designing and animating on-brand motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds to improve clarity and visual polish.
  • Audio & Sound Design: You will apply sound design and post-production best practices to enhance storytelling and viewer experience, ensuring consistent audio quality across platforms; experience with Adobe Audition preferred.
  • Asset Management & Scalability: You will enable the team to move faster by building a library of reusable motion templates and scaling assets efficiently for different channels and formats.
  • Performance Iteration: You will work with the team to understand platform algorithms, iterating on content based on performance insights to help scale our channels.

What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we’d still love to talk to you!)

  • Strong Portfolio: A showreel specifically demonstrating social-first editing, storytelling, and motion graphics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere (including multi-camera workflows), After Effects, and Photoshop. Competent in sound and audio post-production, with Adobe Audition is a plus.
  • Design Instinct: Excellent understanding of design principles and the ability to create on-brand assets.
  • Experience: Proven experience producing video for high-traffic digital companies or brands.
  • Production Knowledge: Ideally, you have some experience with video production, including shooting, lighting, and sound (though this is secondary to editing).
  • Can-be-learners: Figma & DaVinci Resolve: If you haven’t used Figma for asset management or Resolve for basic grading, we can upskill you here. AI Integration: We are interested in AI-assisted editing and motion ideation; you don’t need to be an expert yet, just open to learning and experimenting with these tools.

Within 1 month you’ll have:

  • You will have made an immediate impact by editing our library of pre-filmed footage, turning raw interviews into polished case studies and podcast episodes ready for release.
  • You will have delivered a series of high-quality, social-first cuts derived from this backlog, proving you can maintain quality at pace.
  • Produced a series of clear, engaging motion-graphics-led product videos, helping clients and users better understand our projects, features, and value proposition.

Within 3 months you’ll have:

  • Established a consistent daily/weekly rhythm of content output, helping us scale our production volume.
  • Iterated on your first round of edits based on real performance data to improve watch-time and engagement.
  • Contributed high-quality video content to integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and messaging.
  • Played a key role in the growth of our podcast, increasing both the volume of published episodes and the reach of the show through strong editing, repurposed clips, and platform-optimised distribution.

Within 6 months you’ll have:

  • Expanded your skillset: (If the role evolves or extends) You will have started to step out of the edit suite to get hands-on involvement in shoots, assisting the AV Manager with camera work and lighting.
  • Become a hybrid creator: You will be comfortable taking a project from physical production through to final motion graphic polish.
  • Played a key role in the coverage of a 600-person flagship event, assisting the production team with recording talks and vox-pops, and editing on the go to deliver fast-turnaround content during and immediately after the event.
