About Stream
Stream connects hospitality brands to the systems they rely on every day - from Point of Sale platforms like Square, Toast and Shift4, to marketplaces like DoorDash, Deliveroo, JustEat, and Uber Eats. We’re a small, fast-moving startup building the connective layer between restaurant technology platforms. We’re looking for a Europe-based Technical Partner Specialist to own Stream’s technical partner integrations and provide strong coverage across global time zones. This role is globally scoped - you’ll support partners and brands across both North America and Europe, while working closely with Stream’s US-based product, engineering, and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact for Stream’s partners globally.
- Lead partners through the full integration lifecycle: technical discovery, scoping, build, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Act as a hands-on technical expert for partners integrating with Stream’s APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
- Support integrations across complex ecosystems including POS platforms and ordering / delivery channels used in the US and Europe.
- Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing logs, payloads, configurations, and API behavior.
- Coordinate closely with Stream’s US-based engineering, product, and support teams to drive issues to resolution.
- Create and maintain clear partner-facing and internal documentation: quickstarts, integration guides, checklists, FAQs, and best practices.
- Take full ownership when things break - managing partner communication, expectations, and follow-through across time zones.
- Propose and implement improvements to how Stream onboards, supports, and scales technical partners globally.
What You Bring
