Network Support Operations Engineer – Financial Trading

Leading financial exchange is looking for a hands-on Network Operations Support Engineer to support a low-latency trading network across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Monitor and support live network, security and trading infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using logs, monitoring and packet analysis
- Manage client connectivity, onboarding and access
- Support leased lines, circuits and telecoms providers
- Implement network/security changes and contribute to infrastructure projects
- Perform incident investigation and root-cause analysis
Required Skills:
4+ years Networking and Firewall experience
RSTP – Practical experience
OSPF – Practical experience
BGP – Theoretical experience
Network and Security configuration with either Cisco or Arista devices
Network and Security troubleshooting experience xgikmsk
CCNA Certification level experience as a minimum
Network monitoring platforms
Strong teamwork, communication and documentation skills
Desirable Skills/Requirements:
Financial experience preferred
Firewall Cluster policy management
Fortinet firewall experience
VPN configuration and support experience
Wireshark/TCPDump experience
PTP
