You will be providing 3rd Line support for escalated issues with root cause analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the 1st and 2nd Line engineers to ensure tickets are resolved using the Jira service desk.
- Building, managing and maintaining the on-premise Windows servers hosted on VMware.
- Staged patching of Windows Servers and Endpoints using WSUS and Windows Update for Business.
- Maintaining the Microsoft on-premise and 365 Veeam Backups.
- Overseeing and managing the Microsoft 365 Cloud Tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Intune).
- Managing all Windows endpoints and mobile devices using Intune.
- Deploying Intune Configurations, Compliance and Conditional Access policies.
- Creating and deploying PowerShell Scripts using Intune and Group Policy (AD, Exchange and Automation).
- Deploying Intune applications and updates using Patch My PC.
- Configuring Azure Enterprise Apps and registrations for in-house applications, along with SAML SSO and SCIM Provisioning.
- Reviewing and implementing remediations for annual Penetration tests.
- Analysing SIEM Alerts and escalating these with our managed SOC when required.
