Leading Financial City London Office / WFH blend. Must live within a daily commute of London. £125K plus package and Bonus.

My client, a leading Financial Exchange, is seeking a highly capable Cloud & DevOps Engineer with strong Linux Administration experience to help shape, optimise, and scale their infrastructure. You will join a small, expert DevOps team working across low-latency trading platforms, cloud environments, and on-prem systems, contributing to both strategic projects and hands-on engineering.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Strong Linux system administration (RedHat/CentOS or similar).
  • Experience gained designing, implementing and operating hybrid cloud systems on multi-account AWS.
  • DevOps experience including CI/CD, deployment workflows, monitoring, and automation.
  • Scripting/automation experience: Terraform, Python, Bash, Ansible.
  • Strong experience with Git, GitLab, deployment systems (AWS Code Deploy, etc.).
  • Understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs).
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/ECR).
