Strawberry Hill House & Garden is seeking an experienced Project Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our exciting new National Lottery Heritage Fund Resilience Grant programme. This freelance role will play a key part in shaping the future of Strawberry Hill House, helping to deliver projects that will strengthen our long‑term sustainability, improve the visitor experience, support conservation priorities, expand learning and cultural programmes, and create new opportunities for young people to develop heritage sector skills.

Working closely with the Executive Director, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of the National Lottery Heritage Fund Resilience Grant programme.
  • Coordinate a wide‑range programme of activity and work closely with the Executive Director.
  • Manage consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee reporting and budgets.
  • Help shape the future of Strawberry Hill House by strengthening sustainability, improving visitor experience, supporting conservation priorities, expanding learning and cultural programmes, and creating opportunities for young people in the heritage sector.

Role Details

  • Location: Strawberry Hill House & Garden, Twickenham
  • Contract: 12‑month freelance (3 days per week)
  • Compensation: Up to £26,000 flat fee
