What we are looking for: We are seeking a highly strategic and scientifically grounded Medical Strategist to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal teams, and external experts across a range of therapeutic areas and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep medical/scientific expertise with forward-thinking strategic acumen, strong consultancy skills, and the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels. The role will involve close collaboration with other MEDiSTRAVA specialties and with teams across Inizio on both new business development opportunities and strategic client accounts. The role will also offer opportunities for engagement with industry-leading bodies to raise the profile of our organisation and build lasting relationships across the industry.
