Base pay range

£31,500 to £32,500 per annum (basic salary).

Responsibilities

The Store Manager will oversee the daily running of the store, including sales forecasting, scheduling and cost control, while maintaining high operational standards in line with company policies.

Leadership responsibilities include inspiring and coaching a team to success, developing people and driving operational excellence through close collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience running a fast-paced, customer-led QSR, restaurant or hospitality sector as Store/General Manager. Flexible working hours, with predominately busy evenings/late nights and weekends.

Offer

Comprehensive training and a basic salary of £31,500 to £32,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
