We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staffing, maintain high standards of service, and drive sales performance. Base Pay Range
Β£31,500 β Β£32,500 p.a. (based on experience). Comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day store operations, including sales forecasting and scheduling;
- Control cost of sales and maintain operational standards in line with company policies;
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence and a profitable business;
- Manage staffing flexibly to cover peak evening and weekend demand;
- Maintain high operational standards to ensure efficient store management;
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience running a fast-paced, customer-led QSR or hospitality role;
- Experience in store/general management is essential;
- Flexible working hours acceptable; thick evenings/late nights and weekends;
- Strong leadership, coaching ability, and passion for people;
- Able to coach a team to drive operational greatness;
