Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our GDK store in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our store. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and quality, you will be the cornerstone of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.
