Base Pay Range

£31,500 to £32,500 per annum, dependent on experience. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day running of the store, including sales forecasting and effective scheduling.
• Control of cost of sales, ensuring operational standards are maintained and the store runs efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, inspire and coach a team to success, focusing on people development and operational excellence.
• Maintain a profitable and efficient business, driving performance through teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience running a fast‑paced, customer‑lead QSR or restaurant, or experience as a Store / General Manager.
• Flexible with working hours, as stores are primarily busy in evenings, late nights and weekends.
• Passion for people, coaching, and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
