As a franchise team member, you will oversee and provide inspired leadership for operations in line with all our company's brand strategies. You will support your restaurant manager and be expected to deliver revenue and profits by developing your team to provide exceptional guest care and service. Controlling costs, maintaining brand standards, ensuring outstanding food quality, team building, and creating a unique guest experience will all impact your success.
Here Is What You Need:- Operationally focused on implementing brand standards and policies
- Consistently deliver industry-leading guest service
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the hospitality industry, understanding upcoming guest initiatives, and monitoring local competitors
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
- Understand weekly sales information
- Provide excellent management guidance to your team, including training, development, and leadership
