Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Base pay range
We are on the hunt for highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Managers to join our rapidly expanding Domino’s Pizza franchise. The franchise currently operates stores covering Scotland and has exciting development plans for the future. The role will support the store manager in day‑to‑day running of the store, including sales forecasting, effective scheduling, cost of sales control and maintaining high operational standards in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assistant Managers will inspire and coach a team to success, developing people and driving operational greatness alongside the team.
Responsibilities
• Support store manager in store operations including sales forecasting, scheduling and cost control.
• Maintain high operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Inspire and coach team members to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience running a fast‑paced, customer‑lead QSR, restaurant or hospitality floor manager.
• Flexible with working hours; stores predominantly busy evenings, late nights and weekends.
• Passionate about people and thrive on developing teams.
