What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Drive Territory Growth: Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across your territory with our extensive restorative consumables and digital hardware portfolio. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and digital engagement. Create strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer penetration.
  • Consultative & Solution‑Based Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to laboratories and dental professionals by understanding their business goals and operational challenges. Deliver tailored solutions across Straumann Group’s laboratory portfolio, digital workflows, and services. Communicate compelling value propositions that drive long‑term partnerships.
  • Account Development & Customer Success: Grow and develop existing accounts through cross‑selling and upselling opportunities. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers. Support customer education and engagement through meetings, events, and digital interactions.
  • Performance & Commercial Excellence: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting. Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive overall business success across labs and dental practices.
