We’re looking for a Marketing & Enablement Specialist to amplify our commercial success through smart campaigns, high-quality content and seamless sales enablement tools.
Your Mission
You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, Education & Events teams to bring our brand to life and support our customer journey end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, publish, and engage across platforms; drive interaction and community growth with metrics in mind.
- Campaign Rollouts: Rollout and tracking the success of both local led and globally instructed campaigns.
- Lead & Opportunity Management: Post-event/show lead assignment and follow-up processes using our CRM tools.
- Website & Landing Page Management: Regular updates and optimizations via AEM to ensure top-tier digital presence.
- Newsletters & External Communications: Craft and manage communications that connect and inform our audience.
- Publisher & Content Partnerships: Liaise with industry publishers to co-create and submit compelling content.
- Internal Communications: Keep our internal teams informed and aligned with engaging updates and materials.
- Customer Journey Enhancements: Support onboarding and touchpoint improvements—from welcome kits to digital assets.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver effective messaging, training materials, and sales tools.
- Event Collaboration: Work with Events & Education to support pre, during, and post-event activities.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner effectively with our design and challenger brand teams to bring campaigns to life.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality content/design.
- Digital fluency: confident using CRM platforms, Teams, Asana, and digital tools.
- Solid understanding of social media, engagement metrics, and trends.
- Experience or familiarity with dental/medical industry is a plus.
- Basic to good level photography/videography skills (iPhone or camera).
- Confident presenter and communicator – internally and with customers.
- A natural collaborator, team player, and cultural fit.
- Self-starter attitude – you take initiative and learn on the go.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Personally driven and eager to grow professionally.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and customer visits.
