As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role offers responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, supporting users and platform development. Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
    • Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher.
    • Participate with global/regional teams in testing new features and platform improvements.
    • Provide support to end users and contribute to training initiatives.
    • Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Data Quality & Integrity
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
    • Conduct data quality checks, provide monitoring tools, and support data cleansing.
    • Collaborate with users to promote data ownership and governance.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  • AI & Digital Tools
    • Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
    • Explore automation opportunities for routine reports and processes.
    • Stay updated on emerging tools and integrate them into our BI/CRM ecosystem.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
    • Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Support the development of market insights and dashboards.
    • Assist in strategic reviews, planning cycles, and go-to-market activities using internal and external data.
Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Previous role in data analysis, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
