Role Overview: As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on work in Salesforce supporting users and platform development. If you are data-minded, driven, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management & Commercial Analytics: Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher. Participate in testing new features and platform improvements with global/regional teams. Provide end-user support and contribute to training initiatives. Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce. Conduct data quality checks, provide monitoring tools, and support data cleansing. Collaborate on data governance best practices.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA). Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- AI & Digital Tools: Leverage AI solutions to enhance performance tracking and decision-making. Automate routine reports and explore new tools for BI/CRM ecosystem.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Support: Collect and analyze market, competitor, and customer data. Support development of insight reports and dashboards. Assist in strategic reviews and commercial planning using internal and external data.
Who You Are: Driven, analytical, curious about data, and eager to learn. Excellent communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences. Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation. Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field. Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar. Previous role in data analysis, sales operations, or related fields. Knowledge of AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
