As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about data insights, architecture, and process optimisation. This role involves CRM management, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on work in Salesforce supporting multiple geographies and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
- Support daily CRM operations, development, and optimisation (Salesforce, Pitcher).
- Participate in testing and platform improvements.
- Assist end users and conduct training.
- Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify behavioural trends to support go-to-market strategies.
- Data Quality & Integrity
- Maintain accurate, consistent CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
- Conduct quality checks and support data cleansing.
- Promote data ownership and governance.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- AI & Digital Tools
- Leverage AI solutions for analytics and automation.
- Explore opportunities to automate reports and processes.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and integrate them into our systems.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop market insights and dashboards.
- Support strategic reviews and commercial planning using data.
Who You Are
- Driven, analytical, curious about data, eager to learn.
- Strong communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences.
- Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, or related field.
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar.
- Previous data/analyst/sales operations experience.
- Knowledge of AI tools, data modeling, automation technologies.
