We’re currently recruiting a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join a dedicated Remediation Team, delivering on key high-rise residential projects focused on façade and fire safety. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected developer with a strong pipeline of meaningful work.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale remediation programme, supporting and reporting into a Managing Surveyor. This is a hands-on role, covering:
✅ Procurement & subcontractor management
✅ Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow
✅ Contract administration (client & subcontracts)
✅ Supporting health & safety compliance
✅ Driving collaborative working across teams
What We’re Looking For:
Proven commercial experience in high-rise residential construction
Understanding of fire safety, cladding or façade packages (desirable)
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
Degree qualified (preferred but not essential)
