We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing national fit-out contractor who is based in the North West. Turnover is set to hit £20m this year with client industries including leisure, retail and commercial. Values range from £500k to around £3m and are mostly D&B.
This is a newly created role where you will be leading the pre-con team and be responsible for work winning across the business. You will lead the estimating, design, bid preparation and submission whilst also liaising with the construction team and their clients.
The role would lend itself to someone who is either from an estimating or pre-con background and someone who has experience of working in the fit out world.
