Immediate need for a senior project manager to work on luxury residential projects in London and Dubai. The principal project is a large, luxury private residential on a new build island in Dubai. It is currently at design stage and ideally we are looking for someone with experience of the super prime residential market in the UAE, who is currently based in London.
It is anticipated that the project would take up 50% of the senior project manager's time, whilst the other 50% would be spent working on luxury residential in London's West End. Once the Dubai project develops, there will be the opportunity to be based in the UAE, though this is not compulsory.
They are seeking someone who can:
- Lead projects and client relationships with confidence and autonomy
- Operate as a trusted adviser to clients and senior stakeholders
- Build upon existing relationships whilst identifying opportunities for further growth
- Take ownership and make commercially astute decisions
In return, they offer:
- Highly competitive remuneration and bonus structures
- Genuine opportunities for accelerated progression
- Potential future equity participation
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial and flexible working environment
This role would ideally suit an experienced and qualified project management professional (MAPM / MRICS) who has significant experience in the delivery of similar projects, based in London currently, but with a track record working in the UAE; understanding the processes and working procedures of the region.
