This is a rare and exciting opportunity to set up an in-house design consultancy within a North West based D&B fit out contractor. The design business will operate under its own cost centre and be responsible for producing designs for fit out projects ranging in value from £500k to £5m. These are across a multitude of industries including commercial offices, the public sector, national roll-out programmes and numerous leisure D&B projects.
The successful candidate will come with extensive experience of working for a practice in a senior role where you will have led the design of fit out projects at various RIBA stages. We really need someone who can build and lead a team together with strong client management skills. You must have experience in architectural design within fit-out and be strong enough to build and lead a team.
