They have a large specialist MEP QS team with an incredible amount of expertise in these areas. Based in London but with flexible/hybrid working, this is a thriving and fun place to work amongst like-minded and highly qualified mechanical and engineering specialist consultancy professionals.
About the Role
Due to their continued expansion and growth, this company is looking to offer positions to at least one MEP QS/Cost Manager, making this a really exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is at the top of their game and also a brilliant place to work.
Responsibilities
- Emphasis on datacentres and business critical infrastructure.
- Expanding into renewable energy and utilities.
- MEP cost management.
Qualifications
Sector experience is less important than a proven track record in MEP quantity surveying/cost management.
Required Skills
- A number of years MEP cost management experience with a cost management consultancy.
- QS degree and ideally MRICS.
Pay range and compensation package
Excellent compensation packages that are well above market averages.
