Quantity Surveyor – Construction Consultancy We are a leading construction consultancy based in London’s West End, renowned for delivering excellence across a diverse range of prestigious projects. Working with world-class clients on some of the most exciting developments in the city, we are seeking talented Quantity Surveyors to join our team. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to take the next step in their career, with positions available for those aiming to move into a senior role as well as for intermediate and assistant-level Quantity Surveyors. As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency and value while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for a variety of high-profile projects. * Managing tender processes, from the preparation of tender documents to the evaluation of contractor submissions. * Conducting valuations, cost analysis, and risk assessments to ensure financial control and value optimisation. * Collaborating with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects. * Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards. We are looking for candidates who bring: * Proven experience within a consultancy environment, with a solid understanding of the construction process. * Expertise in managing costs for residential, commercial, or fit-out projects. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * A proactive, client-focused approach to work. * A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (preferred but not essential).
