One of our top clients has a need for a Technical Manager to look after 2 new residential projects in the Home Counties. The person my client is looking for must have a strong background in technical coordination on “Traditional Build” residential projects. As well as having the technical qualities and skills for the role, it is imperative you have good communication skills both with internal teams and external consultants/architects.
The projects will be working on are in West London and North London. Both are “low rise” traditional housing projects with some really innovative design aspects. Values of these projects are c£19m each. You will be expected to spend your time on the sites as well as in the office based in North London.

Whilst the residential market has been tricky in the past couple of years, my client has remained buoyant and is predicting a busy period in 2026 and beyond.
