We have an urgent immediate requirement for a project manager to run a thirty unit development in Northeast London. The apartment block is built with a concrete slab and a steel frame.

You will be the number one on the project, managing subcontractors and direct labour, and be responsible for the overall scheme. You must be able to start at short notice and be comfortable in running your own project from groundworks to completion.

You'll be working for a small developer who is growing rapidly, providing social and affordable housing to local authorities in London.
