The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and strengthening brand presence across London and the South East. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with electrical wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts within the region. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel throughout the territory, proactive account management, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and margin objectives.
- Develop and implement a territory sales plan aligned with company strategy.
- Identify and secure new wholesale and distribution partners.
- Increase product penetration within existing accounts.
- Promote new product launches and initiatives effectively.
- Account Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with branch managers, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits across the region.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trading agreements in line with company policy.
- Monitor account performance and implement growth plans where required.
- Business Development
- Identify project opportunities through wholesaler networks.
- Support distributors with product training and joint customer visits.
- Track competitor activity and market trends within the region.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key regional groups.
- Commercial & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer activity and pipeline.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Monitor debtor performance and support credit control where necessary.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams.

- Experience
