We are working with an established fit-out contractor based in the North West who mainly work within the leisure industry nationwide with projects ranging from £300k to £2.5m.
As the quantity surveyor you will take full ownership of schemes from tendering, including pricing, to overseeing the projects to completion. This is an office based role with the occasional site visit.
You must come from a fit out background and be able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles. Having worked for a company with its own labour would also be advantageous. You will also be based in the North West.
The company are expanding year on year and can provide a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career.
