We have just been given a role with a fit-out contractor based in the North West. The company is experiencing a large upturn in working across a variety of sectors including national roll-out programs, leisure and commercial office space. Projects are generally D&B and vary in value to around £5m.
You will be responsible for leading on bids from a price perspective whilst working with the commercial manager and the rest of the pre-con team. They are happy for you to work on a hybrid basis, working two or three days a week from home should you wish.
Salary will be between £50K to £60K plus car/allowance.
