One of my clients has a new opportunity for someone to join its team in Surrey as a Technical Coordinator. They are looking for someone who has ideally spent a good amount of time working for a developer or housing contractor in or around the South East. You must have experience working on residential projects and have the communication skills to work with external and internal teams, ensuring the project teams have all the design documents and details they need.
Whilst this role does come with its responsibilities, they want someone who is keen to develop and progress in a supportive and professional team. The projects you will be working on will be a mixture of traditional and mid-rise residential schemes in the Surrey area. The value of these projects will range from £10m up to £75m.
