Manchester | £30,000–£35,000 | Hybrid Working | 33 Days Holiday + Exam Support

The Story Starts Here...

You’ve spent the last few years making the chaos look easy. Deadlines? You beat them. Providers who “didn’t receive the paperwork”? You’ve got the timestamped email. Advisers chasing updates? You’ve already sent them the summary. Clients asking for reassurance? You know exactly where their application is and what’s next. You’re the person who keeps things moving. Quietly brilliant. But maybe now, you’re ready for a team that sees it — and values it. Enter Stratton Wealth Management. A growing, ambitious firm in Manchester. Chartered. Proper planning. Big vision.

Stratton are expanding — onboarding new advisers, growing their client bank, and building something long-term. But to do that, they don’t just need planners. They need someone like you. The person who can take the pressure off. Who understands that client service starts with accuracy, speed, and proactivity. And who thrives in a team where everyone pulls in the same direction.

What You’ll Actually Do (aka the bits you already smash)

  • Handle onboarding docs and LOAs with your eyes closed
  • Keep client records spotless and up to date in Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Chase providers like a pro (without sounding like one)
  • Support paraplanners and advisers so they can do their best work
  • Keep clients updated — professionally, clearly, and on time
  • Track applications, invoices, and workflows like a hawk

What You’ll Get

  • ÂŁ30,000–£35,000 DOE
  • 33 days holiday (25 + bank hols)
  • Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home)
  • Exam support
  • Pension, Death in Service & career path
  • A team that listens to your ideas and values your experience

Who You Are

  • You’ve got 3+ years in financial admin
  • Ideally, you’ve got your Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services (or close)
  • You’re organised, accurate, and know what a compliant file should look like
  • You’re confident with Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally IO
  • You get a buzz from helping advisers stay ahead — not playing catch-up

Why This Role Matters

Because behind every great adviser is someone like you…checking the details, sending the updates, and keeping the whole thing on track. At Stratton, you’re not just “the admin”. You’re the engine behind the advice!
