Package Details: The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum. Other benefits include:
- 33 Days Holiday (25 days + 8 public holidays).
- Employer Pension Contributions - 3%.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth running of our client services. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to paraplanners and financial advisers.
- Client onboarding, including sending welcome documents and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Generating Letters of Authority (LOA) and handling information requests with providers.
- Managing risk profile questionnaires and scoring based on client input.
- Maintaining client records in our back-office system (currently using Intelligent Office).
- Keeping fact-find information updated to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Processing applications with providers and tracking progress.
- Communicating with clients to provide status updates and handle queries in a professional manner.
- Chasing providers to ensure timely processing of advice and applications.
- Managing internal workflows to track and update client case progress.
- Performing compliance checks and completing file checklists.
- Raising and tracking client invoices as needed.

Essential Requirements:
- Have a minimum of three years’ experience in financial administration.
- Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services or a higher qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of the financial planning process and how it applies to client cases.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be confident in using Intelligent Office (IO) and have experience with platforms such as AJ Bell, Fidelity, or Transact (experience with Fundament is a plus).
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and providers effectively.
- Be a proactive team player, who can also work independently when required.
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are met.
