Stratton Motor Company is an independently owned and family-run dealership specialising in high-end vehicles, including Aston Martin, Lotus, Morgan, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce. We are proud to hold “Authorised Repairer” status for many prestigious manufacturers and insurers, thanks to our exceptional standards and craftsmanship. Our Bodyshop is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including the latest jigs, computer-controlled ovens, and specialised tools for working with aluminium-bodied vehicles.
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor at Stratton Motor Company. We are a family run business based in Long Stratton specialising in elite marques such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lotus, and many others.
The ideal candidate will be a confident relationship builder who is able to communicate professionally in a prompt and courteous manner. You will be able to demonstrate that you are able to work independently whilst maintaining customer focus ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Listening and documenting customers’ car problems and processing the information correctly onto the dealer management system
- Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the Service Manager)
- Liaising with sales and parts departments to schedule car check-ups, service appointments and parts ordering
- Advising customers about warranty protections and service plans
- Where applicable after liaising with the Service Manager giving an idea of timescales and costs
- You must have working experience as a Service Advisor within a main car Dealership
- Some mechanical knowledge would be ideal
- Knowledge of Kerridge / ADP/ Keyloop or similar Management System is essential
- You must be IT literate and self-motivated with exceptional customer service skills
- Well presented with a smart appearance
- To have good communication and organisational skills
- A keen eye for attention and detail
- The ability to work well in a team, providing support in all areas and inspiring confidence
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Monday to Friday 08.00 – 18.00
- Saturdays every other week 08.00 – 13.00
