What You\'ll Do
- Headhunt and engage top talent across the children\'s residential and social care sector using proactive sourcing and cold calling.
- Pitch opportunities and guide candidates through each stage of their recruitment journey.
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Grow your personal brand on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every candidate has a great experience.
- Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, celebrate success, and achieve targets.
What We\'re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (or similar 360 recruitment role) – essential
- Experience in social care or healthcare recruitment – preferred
- Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Resilient, driven, and results-focused — you love hitting goals and making placements
- Organised multitasker with a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed CV Search, or CRM systems
