What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Growing and scaling a permanent social care desk

• Winning new business across children’s & adult services
• Increasing market share across the Midlands
• Forecasting and reporting directly to senior leadership

You’ll Need

• Management experience within recruitment
• Strong billing history
• Ideally health & social care sector knowledge
