Stratton Mills is an employment agency providing Care Staff across the UK. We have a great opportunity for Registered Nurses. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.
Duties
- Look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person-centred approach.
- Observe and promote the Service Users' choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights.
- Create and maintain good professional relationships with Service Users, their family and friends.
- Actively support other nurses.
- Adhere to all regulatory/statutory obligations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Actively market Stratton Mills and promote a positive, personal and professional profile.
- Work with other professionals to provide individual care and development plan.
- Complete a care plan and ensure it is followed/up-to-date.
- Complete nursing notes accurately.
- Assist in the safe ordering, storing and administration of medication.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience of working in a care setting.
- Active NMC Pin.
- Compliance with the N.M.C code of conduct.
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
- Understand and adhere to policies and regulations.
