Due to continued growth and expansion, our client has opportunities available across both their 2-bed EBD Children's Home and 3-bed EBD Children's Home. The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can thrive and achieve positive outcomes. The Role We are seeking passionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to support the day-to-day running of the homes and help deliver outstanding care to children and young people. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the homes operate in line with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards. You will play a key role in creating a stable and nurturing environment that promotes safety, emotional wellbeing, education, independence, and positive life outcomes.
