About the role: Stratton Mills Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Childrens Residential Agency Support Worker to join our expanding social care team on a zero hour contract basis. This Childrens Residential Support Worker role offers flexible agency work across a range of residential homes supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and complex needs. If you are an experienced Childrens Residential Support Worker or have relevant UK social care experience and are looking for flexible shifts, this opportunity could be ideal for you.
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people
- Promote independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
- Support children with routines, activities, appointments, and education
