We are a fast-growing social care recruitment agency and are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build and manage a permanent recruitment desk across the Midlands. This is a 360 recruitment role focused on permanent social care recruitment, offering strong earning potential through uncapped commission for hitting performance targets and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Building, developing, and managing a permanent social care recruitment desk
- Recruiting permanent candidates into social care roles across the Midlands
- Business development and account management within the social care sector
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and placement
- Proactively winning new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, advertising, and referrals
- Conducting candidate interviews and managing compliance and safeguarding checks
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
- Maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (social care recruitment experience preferred)
- Experience running a permanent recruitment desk or in a 360-recruitment role
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Knowledge of the social care sector (childrens services, adult services, residential care, supported living, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, target-driven, and resilient approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Starting salary of £27,000, negotiable depending on experience
- Uncapped commission for hitting performance targets
- OTE of £40,000
