We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team, who can come and specialise in headhunting for the children’s residential and social care sector. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling passive candidates to engage with them and attract them into considering new job opportunities, as well as building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will play an essential role in helping us deliver high-quality talent solutions for this rewarding and impactful sector. With uncapped commission and excellent on-target earnings (OTE), this role offers significant earning potential based on your success., * Headhunting Passive Candidates: Proactively identify, engage, and approach passive candidates using cold calling techniques and various sourcing strategies to present job opportunities.

Pitching Job Opportunities: Effectively pitch available roles to candidates, highlighting the benefits of changing organisations/progressing to the next stage of their career.

Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

Social Media & Brand Management: Manage and develop your own social media profile to build your personal brand, attract candidates, and raise awareness of job opportunities.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards such as CV-Library, Indeed, and LinkedIn to source qualified candidates for various roles within the children’s residential social care sector.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using internal CRM systems.

Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service and advice throughout the recruitment process.

CV-Editing: Review and edit candidate CVs to ensure they are tailored to the job requirements and present candidates in the best possible light.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively pitch job opportunities and engage with clients and candidates.

Resilience & Tenacity: The ability to handle rejection when cold calling, maintain motivation, and keep pushing through challenges in a competitive recruitment environment.

Sales Background (Desired): Previous experience in a sales role is highly desirable, as the role involves pitching, persuading, and negotiating.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Organisational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, keeping track of candidate pipelines, job briefs, and client expectations efficiently.
