What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but you can expect to
- Be part of creating brilliant employee experiences from offer through to onboarding and beyond.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation that is professional, accurate and people-focused.
- Support recruitment from end to end, including writing job adverts, sourcing candidates, managing agencies, coordinating interviews, providing candidate feedback and completing references.
- Keep our cleints HR systems up to date while constantly looking for ways to improve how we work.
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries, helping them find practical, people-focused solutions.
- Assist with absence management, probation reviews, employee changes and general HR administration.
- Help prepare payroll information and make sure everything is accurate and submitted on time.
- Produce HR reports and insights that help inform business decisions.
- Review and update HR policies to ensure they remain compliant and relevant.
- Get involved in exciting HR and people projects that genuinely improve culture, engagement and the employee experience.
