Who we are looking for:
You will act as a trusted adviser across multiple clients, supporting them through periods of growth, transformation and change, providing commercially focused, practical HR solutions that enable organisational success.
You will play a key role in leading complex HR projects, supporting organisational change and providing expert advice on employment law, talent acquisition and people strategy. Alongside project work, you will also provide high-quality day-to-day HR support.
This is a consultancy role where confidence, adaptability and exceptional relationship-building skills are essential.
What you need to be successful:
- Significant experience operating as a HR Business Partner within a professional or financial services business or similarly fast-paced, knowledge-based environments.
- Strong experience leading strategic initiatives around organisational change, organisational design, transformation or culture change initiatives.
- A proven track record of delivering strategic recruitment solutions, partnering with leaders to attract high-calibre talent and improve hiring outcomes.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to balance business priorities with pragmatic HR advice.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders and business owners. Outgoing, confident and naturally engaging.
- The credibility and presence to operate successfully within high-intellect, ambitious and fast-moving environments.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, clients or business areas whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex people initiatives from concept through to implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience), alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with flexibility to travel to client sites across the UK when required.
