From day one you'll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to supporting managers, improving employee experiences.

You'll work alongside experienced HR Consultants, supporting a wide range of clients, learning every day and getting exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different, but you can expect to

  • Be part of creating brilliant employee experiences from offer through to onboarding and beyond.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation that is professional, accurate and people-focused.
  • Support recruitment from end to end, including writing job adverts, sourcing candidates, managing agencies, coordinating interviews, providing candidate feedback and completing references.
  • Keep our cleints HR systems up to date while constantly looking for ways to improve how we work.
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries, helping them find practical, people-focused solutions.
  • Assist with absence management, probation reviews, employee changes and general HR administration.
  • Help prepare payroll information and make sure everything is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Produce HR reports and insights that help inform business decisions.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure they remain compliant and relevant.
  • Get involved in exciting HR and people projects that genuinely improve culture, engagement and the employee experience.
