You’re a confident HR Generalist with strong operational experience and a track record of supporting managers across talent, reward, engagement and performance. You’re commercially minded, know what good looks like, proactive, and genuinely care about the quality of your work and the outcomes you deliver for clients.
What we need:
- Experienced in a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager capacity, with at least CIPD level 5 and evidence of continued development
- Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
- Resilient and confident working in a fast-paced consultancy environment with changing priorities
- Comfortable managing multiple clients across different industries and balancing both day-to-day operational HR and project-based work
- Confident and credible, able to take the lead and influence decision-making with confidence
- Skilled at building strong relationships and working effectively with a wide range of personalities and stakeholders
- Organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Detail-focused, with a 'right first time' approach and high standards for quality output
- Flexible and adaptable, with a practical and commercial approach to HR
- Equipped with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice
- Able to travel when required (as clients are based across the UK) and has a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
