We are looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Stratton Creber team based in Liskeard, Cornwall. Your Role:

  • Generate and book new client prospects
  • Qualify and service new applicants
  • Carry out property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
  • Administer tenancies (with support)
  • Provide outstanding customer service
