Stratton Creber Commercial is a well-established firm of chartered surveyors with offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Truro and is the leading commercial property consultancy for Devon in terms of number of agency deals. The company also provides a full range of commercial property services including; agency, property management and valuation, to a wide range of clients including the national lenders, pension providers and private individuals. Stratton Creber Commercial is now seeking to expand its Exeter professional team by appointing a new Professional Surveyor in order to assist with the ever increasing Valuation and Landlord & Tenant workloads.
ROLE AND REQUIREMENTS
- To become a part of a small experienced team delivering high quality professional services to an established client base including private clients, Banks, Pension Funds and other professional service providers covering the retail, office, industrial and residential sectors
- Undertaking valuations for both secured and non-secured lending purposes across Devon and neighbouring counties
- Undertaking landlord & tenant work including lease renewals, regears, rent reviews for both Landlord & Tenant clients
- To have a key role in business promotion and marketing
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- RICS Qualified, ideally with 2 years PQE but not essential
- Working knowledge of property legislation
- Local/regional market knowledge preferred but not essential
- Good social skills, particularly business networking
- Excellent oral and written language skills, including report writing abilities
- Good numerical ability
- Full clean driving license
PACKAGE
- Competitive salary based on level of qualification and experience
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- 3-5 day working week
